Westpoint Autos Moorooka is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop the sales team with hands-on leadership and strong manufacturer support. The role offers an opportunity to shape the team, culture and results from the ground up.

You will coach staff, manage day-to-day showroom operations, and work with the General Manager to drive strategy and dealership goals. Expect a high-performance environment with opportunities to grow within the Westpoint Autos Group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading automotive sales teams to achieve targets.
• Proven ability to coach and develop consultants and sales staff.
• Strong focus on volume, gross and CSI targets.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop your sales team to beat sales, gross and CSI targets.
• Set the floor tone and own department performance.
• Run day-to-day operations including lead management, stock control and showroom presentation.
• Shape strategy with the General Manager and hit dealership goals.
• Track KPIs and take early action to keep the team on track.
