Job summary

Westpoint Autos Moorooka is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop the sales team with hands-on leadership and strong manufacturer support. The role offers an opportunity to shape the team, culture and results from the ground up.

You will coach staff, manage day-to-day showroom operations, and work with the General Manager to drive strategy and dealership goals. Expect a high-performance environment with opportunities to grow within the Westpoint Autos Group.

Qualifications

Westpoint Autos Moorooka is seeking expressions of interest for a Sales Manager. This role offers the opportunity to build and shape the team, culture and results from the ground up, with hands-on leadership mentoring and strong manufacturer support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop your sales team to beat sales, gross and CSI targets
• Set the tone on the floor and own the department's performance
• Develop consultants through regular one-on-one coaching
• Run day-to-day operations including lead management, stock control and showroom presentation
• Work directly with the General Manager to shape strategy and hit dealership goals
• Track KPIs and act early to keep the team on track
• Deliver a standout customer experience from first contact to handover
• Build strong relationships with the manufacturer and uphold franchise standards
• Recruit and grow the next wave of sales talent

About you

• Track record of success in automotive sales with leadership experience as a Sales Manager, 2IC or Selling Sales Manager
• Experience developing people and building high-performing teams
• Commercially sharp with clear focus on volume and gross
• Energetic, adaptable and excited by the challenge of a growing brand
• Strong at building relationships with customers, staff and the manufacturer
• OTE $150,000+ with strong base and performance incentives
• 60+ vehicle opportunities per month
