Porsche Centre Gold Coast in Southport is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our vehicle sales department, maximise profitability, and deliver an extraordinary customer experience.

You will manage and mentor a high‑performing sales team, develop and implement effective sales strategies, monitor performance, and stay current with Porsche products and market trends to grow the business. This is a full‑time role with a generous remuneration package and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably with a luxury automotive brand.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for the Porsche brand and luxury car sales.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse sales data and market trends.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
