Rapid Tune is seeking an Automotive Sales Advisor / Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail automotive service centre. You'll be the face of the business, driving customer satisfaction while guiding a team of technicians in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates may be mechanics transitioning from the tools, with a strong eye for sales and service excellence. If you are energetic, organised, and customer-driven, this is a great stepping stone for career progression within Rapid Tune.

Formación

• Sales experience is advantageous.
• Customer-friendly focus is essential.
• Current driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Discuss repairs with customers and communicate requirements to the mechanics.
• Coordinate with mechanics on additional repair work.
• Upsell and sell additional services to customers.
• Take payments and manage the service diary.

Automotive Sales Advisor / Store Manager

An exciting opportunity for a Store Sales Manager has just become available at Rapid Tune. We are looking for a vibrant and energetic person who is comfortable working in our fast-paced modern, state of the art retail Automotive Service Centre.

Enjoy being the face of the business whilst leading a team of enthusiastic, capable, and motivated technicians. This position may even be suitable for a mechanic looking to move away from the tools and advance their career skyward.

Key facets of the role include

• Communicating with customers about repairs required on their vehicle
• Liaising with the mechanics about further required repairs
• Selling that additional work to the customer
• Taking payments and managing the diary

Personal Attributes

• Mechanical experience is an advantage but not necessary
• Sales experience is an advantage
• Customer-friendly focus
• Strong organisational skills
• Current Drivers License
