About the role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Advisor / Store Manager to join our team at our Virginia, QLD location on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position that combines sales expertise with management responsibilities, requiring an individual who can drive revenue growth whilst maintaining operational excellence and leading a high-performing team. You will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and developing our store's performance in a competitive automotive market.

Key responsibilities

• Communicating with customers about repairs required on their vehicle
• Liaising with the mechanics about further required repairs
• Selling that additional work to the customer
• Taking payments and managing the diary
