Job summary

Rapid Tune in Queensland is launching a brand-new workshop and seeks a Senior Mechanic who can lead a team, set up systems, and deliver high-quality repairs.

You’ll carry out servicing, diagnostics and repairs across diverse vehicles, mentor technicians, organise daily workflow, and help create a culture of safety and pride.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
• Experience servicing and repairing a wide range of vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• A reliable, proactive and hardworking attitude.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• An understanding of workshop safety and efficient work practices.
• The confidence and willingness to lead, motivate and develop other technicians.

What You'll Be Doing
