What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and support a team of automotive technicians and support staff to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.


• Monitor team performance, productivity and operational efficiency to ensure business targets are achieved.


• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee performance and overall department profitability.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and expectations are met.


• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.


• Work closely with management and other departments to ensure effective communication and seamless operations.
