Job summary

Drive Group Australia in Mulgrave is seeking a detail-oriented quotes administrator to produce accurate vehicle quotations in line with Work Provider requirements. You will liaise with the team to meet deadlines, oversee parts ordering, and assist management to optimise workshop capacity.

The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, plus proficiency with iBody, Parts Check or Audanet where possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry is required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with team members in a busy workshop.
• Proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with iBody, Parts Check or Audanet is advantageous.
• Commitment to safety practices and willingness to follow safety procedures.
• Australian Working Rights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for damaged vehicles.
• Manage ordering and receiving of parts to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Assist Business Manager and Production Manager with incoming/outgoing vehicles to maximise workshop capacity.
• Conduct QA inspections to ensure quality repair meets customer expectations.
