Peter Dullard Motor Group in Bairnsdale, VIC seeks an experienced Automotive Parts Manager/ Procurement Manager to lead the Parts Department. You will oversee daily operations, inventory control, procurement, and staff development to ensure smooth workshop support.

The role requires strong automotive parts knowledge, proven inventory management, and leadership skills. Salary ranges from AU$80,000 to AU$90,000 per year, with full-time hours and a focus on delivering high customer service.

Formación

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Parts Manager, Assistant Parts Manager or similar role is desirable.
• Strong automotive parts knowledge and parts interpretation skills.
• Experience in an automotive dealership, workshop, service center, or parts environment.
• Proven inventory management and purchasing experience.
• Leadership and team management capability.
• Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills.

Job Description

Peter Dullard Motor Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager/ Procurement Manager to lead our Automotive Dealership Parts Department in Bairnsdale, VIC. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily parts department operations, including sales, ordering, receipting, dispatch, and returns.
• Oversee inventory control, forecasting, stock takes, and procurement.
• Ensure timely parts are supplied to support workshop operations.
• Lead and develop parts department staff.
• Monitor sales performance, gross profit, stock turnover, and supplier relationships.
• Maintain accurate inventory and dealership system records.

Skills & Experience

• With at least 3 years’ experience as a Parts Manager, Assistant Parts Manager, Senior Parts Interpreter, or similar role is desirable.
• Strong automotive parts knowledge and parts interpretation skills.
• Experience in an automotive dealership, workshop, service center, or parts environment.
• Proven inventory management and purchasing experience.
• Leadership and team management capability.
• Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills.
• Experience with dealership management systems and electronic parts catalogues preferred.
• Current Driver Licensed preferred.

Salary range is $80,000-$90,000pa commensurate with experience. Fulltime Position available. Applications open on 29th September 2026 and closes on 29th October 2026.
