Repco North Lakes seeks an Automotive Parts Interpreter to deliver technical support to trade and retail customers, drawing on deep automotive knowledge and a customer-first approach. You will build strong relationships, apply current product information to solve problems, and maximise sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will contribute to a safe, supportive team while handling inquiries across phone and in-person channels, with a focus on accurate, helpful guidance for customers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience in a retail or trade environment.
• Experience in sales or upselling within a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and solutions orientation.
• Proficient with computers and standard software.
• Able to work effectively in a team and independently.
