Job summary

Auto Parts Group (APG) in Sydney is seeking two Customer Service Representatives to join the team in a full-time permanent role. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling parts enquiries, quotations, orders and inventory requests.

We are looking for energetic team players with a passion for customer service and strong relationship-building skills. Previous experience with parts check or Repair Connection systems is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service with strong relationship-building skills.
• Energetic team player with proactive mindset.
• Reliable, punctual and confident communicator.
• Self-starter with solutions-focused approach.
• Prior experience with Parts check and/or Repair Connection systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by managing parts inquiries, requests, and quotes.
• Handle phone services and ensure a professional customer experience.
• Use APG systems to manage parts and inventory.
• Address customer escalations and maintain order records.
• Meet KPIs and focus on continuous improvement.
