Geely Auto Australia is looking for a Network Manager to develop and support the Zeekr dealer network, implementing programs that grow the dealers' retail business and service levels. You will work with Zeekr management to create annual dealer plans and monitor network performance, taking timely actions to improve results.

Formación

• 3-5 years' experience in a Network Manager role (Automotive).
• Management experience in retail or distributor level.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• Confident working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on, solutions-first attitude.
• Excellent data-driven decision making and the ability to influence up.
• Strong strategic thinking in business action skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work with the Network Director and Network Managers to implement network strategy in line with Zeekr Sales plan.
• Manage all legal processes and communications around dealer appointment and management, including startups, terminations, relocations etc.
• Manage dealer performance, with quarterly reviews and reporting to Zeekr management and dealers.
• Implement Zeekr SI standards across dealer network and ensure compliance.
• Implement dealer reporting and ensure system and reporting guidelines are in place.
• Review results monthly, checking for accuracy and financial performance.
• Work with dealers to set action plans to meet KPIs.
• Travel nationally to visit dealerships and events.
