Job summary

Hudson is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support a high-volume period in an automotive environment in O'Connor, WA. The role combines front-of-house service, admin support, and delivery coordination to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You'll work 10am-4:30pm, Tuesday to Saturday, with full training provided on your first shift. This short-term contract runs 10 October 2026 to 1 December 2026, offering an immediate start.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
• Reliable and flexible across rostered shifts.
• Valid Australian Driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver a premium, friendly experience
• Provide guidance on basic product features and functionality
• Support delivery operations and appointment coordination
• Assist with vehicle staging and preparation for handover
• Collaborate with internal teams to complete final quality checks
• Provide general administrative support as required
• Assist with movement of vehicles, including trade-ins and used vehicles
