BYD Australia is seeking a Customer Experience Representative based in our NSW Sydney Office. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience at every interaction. This role is five days onsite at our Sydney office.

You’ll create tickets, coordinate with teams, build rapport, document interactions, and protect customer information while upholding security and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a call center or customer-facing role.
• Customer-first attitude with proactive problem solving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work five days onsite and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, feedback & suggestions via phone, chat, email, and social channels with professionalism.
• Create tickets and manage until closed, coordinating with other teams as needed.
• Build rapport with customers and provide high-quality service to improve satisfaction.
• Document interactions accurately and escalate issues to relevant departments as required.
• Safeguard customer information and adhere to security standards.
