Defence Health Ltd is seeking an Automation Test Lead to guide the design and implementation of enterprise-wide test automation frameworks. You will work with development, DevOps and stakeholders to drive continuous testing and shift-left quality practices.

Lead the automation strategy across projects, maintain scalable assets, and mentor testing resources while aligning with the software delivery lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in software testing across manual and automation roles.
• Experience translating requirements into test cases and scenarios.
• Ability to lead test automation design and drive quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and maintenance of enterprise-wide test automation frameworks.
• Develop and execute automation strategies across projects and releases.
• Support automated tests via CI/CD pipelines and delivery tools.
• Create and maintain robust automation assets for scalable testing.
• Review and optimise test suites for coverage and reliability.
• Oversee defect triage, reporting and root-cause analysis.
• Coach automation and manual testers to build capability.
• Partner with development, DevOps and stakeholders to plan tests.
