Job summary

You will translate complex business needs into practical process designs and clear requirements for delivery teams, enabling scalable automation across business functions. The role combines hands-on process analysis with strategic automation planning and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Process Analysis, Business Analysis or Technical Consulting.
• Practical experience with low-code automation platforms such as Workato, Boomi, Pega or Power Platform.
• Experience using process modelling tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
• Experience managing requirements and user stories using Azure DevOps.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills and familiarity with Agile delivery.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops to understand challenges, processes and improvement opportunities.
• Map current state processes and design optimized future state workflows.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve controls and enable automation.
• Develop process maps, business requirements and user stories with supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and development teams to ensure feasibility and scalability of solutions.
• Manage stakeholder alignment, design approvals and sign-off of requirements.
• Support project prioritisation by assessing risks, dependencies and business value.
• Define acceptance criteria and success measures for implemented solutions.
• Contribute to automation strategy and roadmap across the organisation.
• Support adoption through training materials and change documentation.
