Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty partners with a leading professional services firm to appoint Senior Change Managers for a major Finance & Operations transformation and AI automation programs. These are 12-month fixed-term contracts with hybrid working, based in Sydney or Melbourne.

You’ll own end-to-end change strategy, deliver multi-stream plans, and drive adoption linked to new tools and ways of working. You’ll engage senior leaders to ensure confident, clear execution across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in change management across strategy, design and delivery phases.
• Proven track record delivering complex change initiatives and driving adoption at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the change strategy and translate it into sequenced plans.
• Lead change activity across streams: operating model, governance, reporting, and ways of working.
• Assess impacted groups, test readiness, and support go-live with stable processes.
• Own the communications plan and align with policy changes and leader briefings.
• Design and deliver training including AI fluency for finance practitioners.
• Drive adoption of new systems, dashboards, and automated processes.
