Job summary

Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualifications in business or technology.
8+ years in Process Analysis, Business Analysis or Technical Consulting.
Practical experience with low-code platforms such as Workato, Boomi, Pega or Power Platform.
Experience using Visio or Lucidchart for process modelling.
Experience managing requirements and user stories using Azure DevOps.
Strong Microsoft 365 skills and working knowledge of Agile delivery.
Proven ability to facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Experience in property investment, funds management, change management or enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or Yardi would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead stakeholder workshops to understand business challenges, current processes and opportunities for improvement.
Map current state processes and design optimised future state workflows.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve controls and enable automation.
Develop process maps, business requirements, user stories and supporting documentation.
Work closely with engineering and development teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and scalable.
Manage stakeholder alignment, design approvals and requirements sign off.
Support project prioritisation by assessing risks, dependencies and business value.
Define acceptance criteria and measures to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Contribute to the organisation's automation strategy and roadmap.
Support business adoption through training materials and change documentation.
