Job summary

Nuxt is seeking a Test Analyst to own end-to-end testing of its web application and backend services in the Australian market. You will plan, run, and refine functional, exploratory and regression tests across core workflows used by brokers and clients, while contributing to Playwright automation within an AI-accelerated framework.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of hands-on software testing experience, ideally on web applications and APIs.
• Experience with automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or similar) is welcome.
• Comfort reading logs, running basic SQL, calling APIs and following a TypeScript codebase at a high level.
• Able to explain problems clearly to engineers, product managers or founders, and to ask questions when requirements are unclear.
• Familiarity with AI tools to speed up testing, while maintaining rigour and judgement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run functional, exploratory and regression testing across the web app and APIs behind it.
• Write bug reports with steps to reproduce, expected vs actual outcomes, and context for severity.
• Write and maintain Playwright end-to-end tests within the existing framework and keep the regression suite reliable.
• Verify data-heavy workflows, including document processing and deal flows, for accuracy and edge cases.
• Participate in refinement, stand‑ups, and release checks so testing occurs alongside development.
