Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Senior Test Automation professional for roles in Melbourne or Brisbane. You will design and execute test strategies for complex integrations, and create automated scripts for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.

You will validate integrations across APIs, microservices, databases, and external systems; mentor junior engineers and drive quality metrics and risk assessments. Hybrid work is available with NV1 clearance would be preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing with a strong focus on Test Automation.
• Experience validating integrations between enterprise systems, third-party services, and middleware.
• Hands-on API Testing and API Automation using Playwright, Rest Assured, Postman, Karate, or similar tools.
• Proven experience in designing and developing scalable automation frameworks (POM, Hybrid, Data‑Driven, BDD).
• Experience automating API and Integration test scenarios.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Location should be Brisbane or Melbourne with NV1 clearance; Air traffic control domain is a strong plus.

• Experience automating API, and Integration test scenarios.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in performance, contract, or integration testing is an added advantage.
• Location should be Brisbane or Melbourne with NV1 clearance.
• Experience in Air traffic control domain is a strong plus.
