About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient test scripts for web application testing.
• Leverage Selenium/Java for additional test automation tasks, as required.
• Perform regression, functional, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
• Investigate test failures, log defects, and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain and improve existing test frameworks and automation tools.
• Provide regular status updates and reports on testing progress and results.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with Playwright for end-to-end test automation.
• Proficient in Cypress and Jest for testing web applications.
• Experience with Selenium and Java for automated testing.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating test automation.
• Experience with cloud technologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Relevant certifications in automation testing are a plus.
