Job summary

CitoPlus in Melbourne is seeking a Test Analyst to own end-to-end delivery of platform changes that scale our financial services offering in the Australian market. You will test our web application and backend services across the full release cycle, collaborating with engineers and the product team.

You will plan functional, exploratory and regression tests, write clear bug reports, and contribute Playwright tests to the existing suite.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of hands-on software testing experience on web apps and APIs.
• Ability to write clear bug reports with steps, expected vs actual, and severity.
• Experience with automation: Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or similar.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run functional, exploratory and regression testing across our web application and APIs.
• Write and report defects clearly with steps to reproduce and context.
• Contribute to automation by writing Playwright tests within the existing framework.
• Verify data-heavy workflows such as document extraction, deal creation and fraud checks.
• Collaborate with engineers and product team to test alongside development.
