Wales Truck Repairs in Sydney seeks a Parts Person to ensure timely procurement of quality vehicle parts, maintain stock, and support site profitability. You will manage ordering, receiving, invoicing, and supplier coordination to minimise downtime and costs.

Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will optimise part availability, coordinate sublet repairs, and oversee paint/consumable orders through AMA channels, while delivering excellent customer service and accurate admin.

Responsabilidades

• Order parts via parts management/ordering system
• Receive parts, check accuracy and damage
• Enter parts invoices into management system
• Be aware of parts ETA and delays
• Procure parts to ensure profitability
• Manage stock including credits and returns
• Record job numbers on arrival and store appropriately
• Explore alternative options for the supply of delayed parts
• Receive parts via parts management/ordering system
• Credit parts via parts management/ordering system
• Confirm discount levels are accurate in parts management/ordering system
• Follow up suppliers for parts credits
• Coordinate and order sublet repairs
• Process sublet repair invoices
• If required, order paint and consumables in accordance with production needs through AMA Distribution Centres (Ensure appropriate sign off obtained prior to placing order)
• Process/receipt paint and consumables ordered
