Repco is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, coach the team, and ensure outstanding customer service. The role involves working closely with Store Managers, taking on opening/closing duties, and leading by example to uphold safety and store standards.

• Work closely with the Store Managers in leading the team, and managing operations to achieve success
• Coach and develop team members
• Live, breathe & role model genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers
• Are safety leaders , always providing the safest work environment for themselves, team members & customers
• Always set a positive example
• Often have opening and closing responsibilities

About you:

• Have previous supervisory experience, or be ready for that next step
• Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience
• Ideally have mechanical / automotive parts knowledge
• Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver’s licence
• Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)
• Prioritise safety

Note, this role will require lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving.
