Job summary

Volkswagen Financial Services Australia is seeking a motivated Customer Service representative to join our permanent team in Sydney. You'll handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries about automotive finance products, and produce letters and statements.

You should have at least two years in a customer service or contact centre role, with strong verbal and written communication, and the motivation to learn and grow within our global automotive brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or inbound call centre role.
• Qualifications in Financial Services is preferable but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and stay motivated to learn.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound queue calls from customers and provide high level of service.
• Process customer requests and generate letters and statements.
• Refer to terms and conditions and reference them when needed.
• Respond to customer emails and ensure accurate documentation.
