This role handles inbound calls and email queries related to automotive finance products, delivering accurate information and helpful solutions.

You will communicate professionally, reference our terms and conditions, and work with colleagues to process payouts, statements, and letters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or inbound call centre role.
• Exceptional phone manner and able to deal with all types of personalities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Motivation to learn and grow within the role.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound queue calls from customers and provide high level of customer service.
• Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Offer tailored solutions to remedy problems with accounts.
• Process customer requests efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Reference our terms and conditions confidently when addressing inquiries.
• Complete customer requests for payout letters, statements, amortisation schedules and copies of contracts.
• Disburse admin emails to operations staff and process unaddressed admin emails.
• Process debits and ensure daily processing with accuracy.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that is passionate about customer experience to join our Customer Service Team on a permanent basis.

This role is responsible for taking inbound customer calls and processing their general requests about their automotive finance product. This role will also answer customer email queries and generate regular and ad hoc letters and statements.

What you’ll do

Customer Service:

• Take inbound queue calls from customers and providing high level of customer service;
• Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner;
• Offer tailored solutions to remedy problems with accounts;
• Process customer requests efficiently and in a timely manner;
• Have solid knowledge of our T & C’s and should be confident in referencing.

Correspondence requests:

• Complete any customer requests for payout letters, statements, Amortisation schedules and copy on contracts.
• Disburse admin emails to the operations staff for processing;
• Process unaddressed admin emails.
• Daily process any debits previously arranged;
• Process promptly each day with no errors.

What we’re looking for

Education/Training/Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or inbound call centre role
• Qualifications in Financial Services is preferable but not essential
• Exceptional phone manner and able to deal with all types of personalities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• A motivation to learn
