Job summary

Susquehanna International Group – Sydney NSW is seeking a details‑oriented Payroll Officer to manage Australian payroll with potential exposure to Asia Pac regions. You will work with ADP and Payforce, handling end‑to‑end payroll, records, and statutory obligations in a supportive, growth‑minded team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a Payroll Officer role processing Australian payroll.
• Experience with ADP Managed Services and outsourced payroll.
• Knowledge of Australia tax regulations, superannuation, awards and Fair Work requirements.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly end-to-end payroll using ADP.
• Maintain payroll records for new hires, terminations and salary changes.
• Perform payroll-related bank reconciliations.
• Calculate superannuation contributions, payroll tax and other statutory obligations.
• Support WGEA reporting and EOFY reconciliation.
• Respond to payroll queries from staff and management.
