Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience processing payroll across APAC, particularly Australia and New Zealand.
• Working knowledge of AU, NZ and Singapore payroll requirements.
• Experience using payroll and finance/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines with large data volumes.
• Experience with payroll reconciliations, journals and leave liability schedules.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day payroll processing for six payrolls across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
• Ensure payroll inputs are complete and employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Submit statutory obligations and reconcile payroll records with finance.
• Support payroll controls, process improvements and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR and global teams.
