Rippling is seeking an Australian payroll compliance specialist to own Modern Award interpretation and STP mapping for our customers. You will be the definitive internal and external resource on how Australian payroll compliance is configured and maintained in Rippling, including awards, agreements, and related obligations.

The role also supports TAMs and AMs across the broader customer base with non-payroll cases as needed.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of SaaS payroll experience with Australian Modern Awards interpretation.
• Deep knowledge of Australian payroll compliance including STP, superannuation, and long service leave.
• Ability to explain complex payroll scenarios in clear written or verbal form.
• Experience training admins and supporting cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Payroll & Compliance Configuration Audits - Review Modern Award setups, STP mapping, superannuation, and long service leave configurations.
• Modern Awards Enablement - Train customer admins on Modern Award configuration and updates.
• Report and policy configuration - Build complex payroll reports and configure policies to support compliance analyses.
• Feedback loop to Product - Surface Australia-specific insights to Product and Engineering.
• Enterprise Account Health Checks - Perform post-implementation audits for high-value Enterprise accounts.
• Internal TAM/AM Enablement - Upskill TAMs and AMs on Australian payroll compliance.
• Structured engagement delivery - Document findings and next steps for engagements.
• Training asset development - Create training materials for payroll compliance best practices.
• Scaled enablement through webinars - Host webinars on Modern Award briefings.
• General case support - Handle non-payroll customer cases as needed.
