You will drive payroll accuracy, strengthen controls, mentor teammates, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the ANZ payroll experience. Hybrid Sydney presence expected.

Formación

• 5+ years of end-to-end ANZ payroll processing experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of PAYG, KiwiSaver, ESCT, ACC.
• Experience with EOR or multi-country payroll operations.
• Strong communication, documentation, mentoring, and quality-review skills.
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems and workflow tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own complex EOR payroll processing for Australia and New Zealand.
• Act as subject-matter expert for escalations including overpayments and tax issues.
• Create, review, and validate pay types, payroll inputs, and configurations.
• Advise customers and internal teams on ANZ payroll requirements.
• Review, reconcile, and validate payroll outputs and deductions.
• Strengthen payroll controls, SOPs, and training to reduce issues.
