Job summary

FoxESS is seeking a Sales Manager for Australia to drive market development and revenue growth across solar and energy storage segments. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on sales execution in a hybrid Australia-based setup.

You will manage distributors and partners, develop regional strategies with HQ, and lead a series of training sessions, demonstrations, and customer meetings to close deals and expand FoxESS' national footprint.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in technical sales, preferably in solar PV or energy storage.

Responsibilities

• Lead market development and expand FoxESS's sales across Australia.
• Develop regional sales strategies in coordination with headquarters.
• Identify market opportunities, target segments, and industry trends.
• Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, installers, and EPC companies.
• Promote FoxESS inverter and energy storage solutions to residential and commercial markets.
• Conduct product trainings, webinars, and on-site presentations.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Meet sales targets and KPIs; grow revenue and market share.
