Meltwater is seeking a talented People Business Partner to join our global People Business Partner team with a primary focus in Australia. You will craft scalable people strategies, provide proactive advisory services, and align HR initiatives with business objectives across Australia.

You will partner with leadership to drive regional talent processes, coach managers, and implement local initiatives such as Wellness, DEI, CSR, and Hybrid Work, while upholding our values and professional

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent.
2–5 years HR experience, preferably in tech, with Australia focus.
Hands-on experience with HRIS, preferably Workday.
Strong business acumen and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business leaders across Australia to drive an effective people strategy and local HR solutions.
Coach managers on regional talent frameworks and proactively identify improvement areas.
Implement regional strategies and regional people initiatives (Wellness, DEI, CSR, Engagement, Hybrid Work).
Advance employee relations, performance management, and program rollout in alignment with Legal and Finance teams.
Foster strong partnerships with Management and employees and uphold Meltwater values.
