Job summary

Meltwater is seeking a People Business Partner to support Australia and drive scalable HR programs across the region. You will blend hands‑on execution with strategic advisory to partner with leaders and employees.

With 2–5 years of HR experience, strong interpersonal skills, and familiarity with HRIS such as Workday, you will champion Meltwater’s values and contribute to a high‑performing, inclusive culture in a hybrid Sydney office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field of HR.
• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably within high-tech sectors, with a focus on Australia.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, preferably Workday.
• Proven ability to communicate Meltwater's value proposition to stakeholders and collaborate with sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders across Australia to drive an effective people strategy.
• Drive regional talent processes and coach managers to adopt talent frameworks; identify improvements.
• Implement regional strategies and drive Wellness, DEI, CSR, Engagement, Hybrid Work initiatives.
• Consult with Legal, Accounting, and internal teams to uphold professional and ethical standards.
• Work as a partner ensuring smooth handling of employee matters and rollout of new programs.
• Support employee relations matters by collaborating with managers on disputes and performance actions.
