ZOE is seeking a senior Marketing and Communications Lead to establish our presence in Australia. You will own market entry end-to-end (about 75% time) while collaborating with global teams on brand and science moments (about 25%).

You will be a hands-on IC with 5-10 years in consumer health or wellness brands, capable of pitching stories, building partnerships, and managing local PR. This role requires autonomy across time zones and a clear Australian voice.

Formación

• 5 to 10 years launching or scaling a consumer brand in Australia.
• Startup operator who wears many hats.
• Hands-on pitcher with national Australian coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Australian market entry (~75%).
• Lead local go-to-market growth, partnerships and PR.
• Stand up and run the Australian press office end to end.
• Adapt ZOE's science-led story for Australian consumers.
