Job summary

ZOE is expanding into Australia and seeks a senior Marketing and Communications Lead to stand up our market entry and growth. You will own end-to-end Australian market entry (about 75%) while collaborating on global brand moments (about 25%).

You’ll drive commercial growth, partnerships, and local media presence, tailoring the science-led story for Australian audiences, and leading a small on-ground team with support from UK/US teams.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years launching or scaling a consumer brand in Australia.
• Experience building market entry strategies in health, wellness or consumer tech.
• Hands-on operator who delivers across writing, pitching and partnerships.
• Strong storytelling skills and ability to adapt science to Australian audiences.
• Excellent written English with Australian tone.

Responsibilities

• Own the Australian market entry end to end (roughly 75%).
• Lead commercial growth strategies, pricing, emails and local campaigns.
• Build local partnerships and offline activation plans.
• Stand up the Australian press office end to end, including media outreach.
• Deliver local PR and manage freelancers or agencies when needed.
• Collaborate on global brand moments and cross-market support (25%).
