Job summary

ZOE is seeking a Marketing and Communications Lead to establish the brand in Australia from the ground up. You will drive market entry, lead partnerships and local PR, and collaborate with UK/US teams to align global campaigns with local needs.

You will own the Australia narrative, work cross‑functionally with Growth, Creative, Lifecycle and Science, and maintain a strong independent presence on the ground in Australia while embracing time‑zone differences.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years launching or scaling a consumer brand in Australia.
• Proven hands‑on marketer with strong commercial judgement.
• Experience leading market entry and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own the Australian market entry end‑to‑end (~75%).
• Lead local growth, partnerships and PR, coordinating with UK/US teams.
• Localize brand narratives for Australian consumers with credible science.
