Qualifications

• Commercially-driven track record launching or scaling a consumer brand in Australia.
• Experience working in startup, scale-up or new-market launches with hands-on execution.
• Proven ability to pitch stories and secure national Australian coverage.
• Strong written communication and ability to adapt science messaging for general audiences.
• Ability to work autonomously across UK/US time zones with async updates.

Responsibilities

• Own the Australian market entry end-to-end (~75%).
• Lead local growth, partnerships and PR, coordinating with UK/US teams.
• Develop and brief local go-to-market strategies, pricing tests and campaigns.
• Local media outreach: build lists, pitches, events, and media seeding.
• Represent ZOE in Australia, translating science into credible consumer stories.
