Job summary

DWF is a leading global provider of integrated legal and business services. Our HR Manager in Australia will provide generalist HR support to approximately 300 colleagues across the region, guiding and partnering with the Group to deliver service excellence.

This role will drive cyclical processes, organisational design and people plans, collaborating with Centres of Excellence to create an engaging colleague experience and ensure alignment with local employment law.

Qualifications

• Senior HRBP/HR Manager experience.
• Strong employee and industrial relations expertise.
• Experience partnering with leaders to achieve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior operational leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.
• Provide expert advice on organisational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Lead and support complex employee and industrial relations matters, including investigations and performance management.
• Coach leaders to develop people leadership capability and accountability.
• Drive talent management, succession planning and retention strategies for key roles.
• Support enterprise bargaining and industrial relations initiatives.
• Lead HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion culture, engagement, wellbeing and inclusion across the region.
• Utilise workforce data to identify opportunities, risks and improvement initiatives.
