ShopMy Australia is hiring a Senior Associate, Strategic Business Development & Partnerships to drive growth with top brands and creators. Youll own day-to-day activities from events to partnership coordination, working closely with the Australia lead. The role requires hands-on execution, organization, and a proactive approach to building relationships in a fast-paced, on-ground environment. This position offers equity and a clear growth path while shaping ShopMy's presence in Australia.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in fashion/beauty/PR or agency roles, events, or high-growth tech.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience planning or supporting events, activations or client-facing programs.
• Strong understanding of Australian fashion/creator landscape.
• Polished communicator, in-person with brands and creators.

Responsabilités

• Plan and run ShopMy Australia events from start to finish: brand partner events, sponsored activations, and our own events like supper clubs and creator dinners.
• Find and reach out to creators; manage meetings, coffees and demos, and nurture relationships.
• Join brand meetings, lunches and dinners with the Australia lead; prepare briefing materials and capture follow-ups.
• Track conversations, keep records organized, and ensure timelines and deliverables are on track.
• Map the Australian brand/creator landscape to identify priorities and opportunities for ShopMy.
