• Proven ability to lead with integrity, influence, and urgency while building teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall business management including P&L to maximize profitable growth.
• Set strategic direction and lead execution for the Australian operation.
• Improve org effectiveness by developing processes and motivating teams.
• Review daily, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and analytics.
• Own local sales, marketing, and commercial capabilities; finance, HR and supply chain report closely.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Build relationships with internal/external partners and drive growth initiatives.
