You will own Revenue Growth Management, channel economics, pricing and go-to-market excellence across retail and e-commerce, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to drive profitable growth. As a senior leader, you will set medium- and long-term plans, build governance, and ensure data-driven decision making across the business.

Formación

• Senior commercial leadership experience in FMCG or consumer goods.
• 7–10 years’ Strategy Revenue Growth Management experience.
• Proven expertise in commercial strategy, business planning and financial performance.
• Strong customer and channel understanding across retail, e-commerce and omnichannel.
• Experience with Australian retailers and go-to-market models is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Australian commercial strategy aligned with global direction.
• Translate objectives into priorities, investments and execution roadmaps.
• Drive Revenue Growth Management and pricing governance.
• Build integrated commercial planning with Sales, Marketing, Finance, E-commerce and Supply Chain.
• Lead cross-functional governance and performance reviews.
• Represent Australia in regional and global commercial forums.
