Job summary

Beyond, a fast-growing startup powering a global Revenue Management System, is hiring a Business Development Representative in Australia. You will source and qualify leads, convert them into product demos, and work with cross-functional teams to share best practices.

You’ll be the first BDR in Australia, building the function locally and driving quota attainment. We value curiosity, self-starters, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Proven outbound prospecting experience and strategies.
• Confident on the phone and in conversations with prospects.
• Resilient, curious, optimistic, and solutions oriented.
• Track record of overachieving against metrics.
• Data-oriented with numbers and large datasets.
• Willing to win and push through setbacks.
• Bonus points for Salesforce, property management software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, reaching out to, and qualifying leads to convey Beyond’s value proposition
• Converting qualified leads into scheduled product demos for our Account Executive team
• Collaborating cross-functionally to share and learn from best practices
• Quota attainment based on qualified leads & activity
