Beyond is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Australian team in Townsville, where you will source, reach out to and qualify leads, then advance qualified prospects to product demos with our Account Executive team to help grow revenue.

You are highly organized, data‑driven and comfortable with outbound prospecting, phone conversations, and navigating a fast‑moving market. Salesforce experience and familiarity with property management or vacation rental tech are a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly with prospects.
• Proven ability to source and prospect outbound leads.
• Confident in phone outreach and navigating conversations with prospects.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyze engagement metrics.
• Resilient, curious and optimistic with a solutions‑oriented approach.
• Record of overachieving against defined metrics.

Responsabilités

• Source, reach out to, and qualify leads to convey Beyond’s value proposition.
• Convert qualified leads into scheduled product demos for the Account Executive team.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to share and learn best practices.
• Attain quota based on qualified leads and activity.
