Job summary

Amazon Inc. in Australia is seeking a Country Development Manager to own growth, strategy and performance for the international seller segment of Amazon Australia’s third-party marketplace.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, operations and recruitment teams to expand selection, grow seller base and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. You will work across global teams from a collaborative CBD/remote setup, with a strong emphasis on data insights, BI tools, and a hands-on,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Grow product selection - expand the range of products available to customers.
• Scale the seller base - recruit and onboard international sellers to Australia.
• Accelerate growth - design and execute programs that drive seller adoption and sales.
• Shape the product roadmap - translate seller feedback into priorities for product features.
• Lead cross-functional execution - align seller-facing, product, finance, and operations teams to deliver results.
