Specsavers Audiology in Thebarton, SA, seeks a part-time Retail Assistant / Clinic Manager (25 hours across Monday to Friday) to welcome audiology customers, guide pre-screening tests, and support daily clinic operations. You’ll train retail staff and can progress to a Clinic Manager through our comprehensive program.

The role offers flexibility with shorter days within a five-day framework and a patient-centered retail environment. Training provided to develop audiology skills and customer care.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a fast-paced retail/customer service environment.
• Audiology or allied health experience is desirable but not required.
• Strong communication and empathy with customers.

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Perform hearing screening and maintenance (training provided).
• Schedule appointments using the Simply Hearing system.
• Manage administrative duties and clinic operations.
• Lead training with retail team as audiology champion.
