Job summary
Specsavers Audiology in Maroochydore, QLD is seeking a Retail Assistant / Clinic Manager to be the friendly first contact for audiology customers. You’ll handle inquiries, guide pre-screening tests, troubleshoot hearing aid issues, and assist with day‑to‑day clinic operations.
This part-time role offers 22–25 hours weekly with flexible 9:00am–2:00pm shifts across five days. You’ll lead retail team training as an audiology champion, enjoy staff perks and progression opportunities within the
Qualifications
- Passionate about helping customers and building relationships.
- Experience in fast-paced retail/customer service.
- Audiology or allied health experience desirable but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with computers; Bluetooth troubleshooting is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships.
- Perform hearing screening and hearing aid maintenance (training provided).
- Schedule appointments using the Simply Hearing system.
- Coordinate with store partners for smooth daily operations.
- Lead retail team training as an audiology champion.
