Job summary

Amplifon Retail, a leading Australian hearing health provider, seeks an Audiologist or Audiometrist for the Ballina store. You will conduct adult hearing services, perform diagnostic assessments, and tailor rehabilitation plans with fitting and evaluation of devices.

• Developing and implementing individualized aural rehabilitation programs including discussion of communication tactics and strategies, prescription, fitting and evaluation of hearing devices to our clients.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting adult hearing services for clients.
• Performing diagnostic hearing assessments and where appropriate.

About You

• Customer focused & self‑motivated professional
• A tertiary qualification in Audiology or Audiometry
• Full membership of an approved Australian Audiological Association, and a QP and OHS Qualified Practitioner number
• Passion for career development, learning and training
• Thrive working in a team environment and demonstrate strong communication skills and be a self‑motivated "People Champion"
• Ability to build strong relationships with different clients without compromising quality on customer service.
• Confident withAdult hearing rehabilitation including fitting of hearing devices and other ALDs
• We have a large store opening schedule but also offer interstate candidates relocation assistance.
