Job summary

Amplifon is seeking an experienced audiologist to join our ACT regional team. You will conduct adult hearing services for private and OHS clients, performing diagnostic assessments and, where appropriate, developing and implementing individualized aural rehabilitation programs including communication strategies.

You should be confident with adult hearing rehabilitation, including fitting of hearing devices and ALDs.

Qualifications

• Full membership of an approved Australian Audiological Association essential.
• QP and OHS Qualified Practitioner number preferred.
• Experience in adult hearing services and device fitting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic hearing assessments for adults.
• Develop and implement individualized aural rehabilitation programs.
• Discuss communication tactics and strategies with clients.
• Prescribe, fit and evaluate hearing devices.
• Serve private and OHS client populations.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced audiologist to join us in Regional Australian Capital Territory.
You will be conducting adult hearing services for both private and OHS clients - this includes performing diagnostic hearing assessments and where appropriate, developing and implementing individualized aural rehabilitation programs including discussion of communication tactics and strategies, prescription, fitting and evaluation of hearing devices to our clients.

Salary range between $80,000 - $90,000 per annum (excluding superannuation) depending on qualifications and experience.
