Job summary

Amplifon is seeking a qualified Audiologist or Audiometrist for our Ballina store. You will conduct adult hearing services, perform diagnostic assessments, and develop individualized rehabilitation plans using hearing devices for clients.

Qualifications

• Customer focused & self-motivated professional.
• A tertiary qualification in Audiology or Audiometry.
• Full membership of an approved Australian Audiological Association, and a QP and OHS Qualified Practitioner number.
• Passion for career development, learning and training.
• Thrive in a team environment with strong communication skills and be a "People Champion".
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients without compromising customer service quality.
• Confident with Adult hearing rehabilitation including fitting of hearing devices and ALDs.
• Relocation assistance available for interstate candidates.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting adult hearing services for clients.
• Performing diagnostic hearing assessments and where appropriate.
• Developing and implementing individualized aural rehabilitation programs including discussion of communication tactics and strategies, prescription, fitting and evaluation of hearing devices to our clients.

• We have a large store opening schedule but also offer interstate candidates relocation assistance.
