Job summary

Amplifon, the global leader in hearing care, is seeking an experienced audiologist to join our Regional VIC team. You will conduct adult hearing services for private and OHS clients, perform diagnostic assessments, and develop individualized rehabilitation plans including fitting and evaluation of hearing devices.

Qualifications

• Full membership of the Australian Audiological Association is essential; a QP and OHS qualified practitioner number is preferred.
• Experience in adult hearing rehabilitation including fitting of hearing devices.
• Ability to build strong relationships and deliver high-quality patient service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct adult hearing services for private and OHS clients.
• Perform diagnostic hearing assessments and develop rehabilitation programs.
• Fit and evaluate hearing devices and ALDs, with counselling on communication strategies.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced audiologist to join us in Regional VIC. You will be conducting adult hearing services for both private and OHS clients - this includes performing diagnostic hearing assessments and where appropriate, developing and implementing individualized aural rehabilitation programs including discussion of communication tactics and strategies, prescription, fitting and evaluation of hearing devices to our clients.

About you

You will have a passion for career development, learning and training. You thrive working in a team environment and demonstrate strong communication skills and be a self-motivated "People Champion". You are able to build strong relationships with different clients without compromising quality on customer service. You are confident with Adult hearing rehabilitation including fitting of hearing devices and other ALDs. Full membership of an approved Australian Audiological Association essential,and a QP and OHS Qualified Practitioner number is preferred.
